Hi, I’m Jeanna Rice

I’m so excited you’re here, and I’m grateful to connect with you! Years ago, I couldn’t have predicted I’d be writing a blog about wellness. However, after facing unexpected trials that led to chronic insomnia, anxiety, disordered eating, and adrenal fatigue, I was determined to reclaim my health. After dedicating time, money, and energy to exploring countless approaches to heal, I’m grateful to report that I’ve successfully discovered natural ways to overcome my former symptoms. Now, I’m on a mission to share this valuable knowledge with others so they can benefit as well.

I am an AFPA Certified Health & Wellness Coach. I am daughter, wife, and mother. I have all the love for my family and feel grateful for the ability to impart the knowledge I’ve gained around holistic wellness and positive change to my children. I only wish these tools had been taught when I was young. My hope is for everyone of all ages and circumstances to have greater exposure to transformative wellness tools, apply them, and experience positive changes in their lives.

My why for starting this blog is – you! Wherever you’re at on your wellness journey, I’d love to hear from you and learn how can I support you in achieving what you want in your life. The articles I provide are an excellent starting point – my mission is to introduce you to the most impactful information and tools available today, and ways to apply what you learn.

One of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned is that knowledge will do nothing for you if you don’t take action – intentional action is the key to positive change. So please take what you learn here and apply it to your life. I’m cheering you on, every step of the way.
