Whether listening while you clean the house or in the car, here are my most recommended podcasts and Youtube videos or series:

  • Faith AshendenThat Healing Feeling Podcast (see my article here) – She has created a protocol to help clear your mind and body from whatever is causing blockages for it to heal naturally.
  • Therapy in a Nutshell by Emma McAdam – She does an amazing job of addressing all mental health issues and gives free tools to process negative emotions.
  • Huberman Lab by Andrew Huberman – Science-based tools to live the healthiest life, he really gets into the deep science!
  • Spa Shower Spray – shower steamer alternative, it elevates my shower experience to feel like a day at the spa.
  • Acupressure Mat – I lay on this when I’m stressed and my body and nervous system immediately feel calm. I fall asleep on it sometimes!
  • Weighted Blanket – Calms the body and nervous system, my whole family loves this!
  • Laundry Detergent Sheets – I love knowing I’m using natural and clean products, and even better when I’m cutting down on plastic waste.
  • Clean Dryer Sheets – Your skin is your largest organ, opt for all clean and natural products to reduce negative impact on health!
  • Green Pans – Non-toxic ceramic, nonstick, stainless steel handles, PFAS-free, dishwasher and over safe cooking set – have used for years and love them!
  • Neurofeedback (NF) – this was a game-changer in my life, I can’t recommend it enough. I use NeurOptimal, which you can find providers where you live here. If you prefer to try and entry-level version of NF, I recommend the Muse, and use my link to get a 20% discount! NF is like all the benefits of meditation for your brain & nervous system at an accelerated rate!
  • Infrared Heat – You can start small and get an infrared heating pad, next level would be a infrared sauna blanket, which I’ve used an love, next level from that would be a full infrared sauna.
  • Drink warm lemon & cinnamon water upon waking – detoxes & balances blood sugar.
  • 10 Minute stretch while listening to inspirational message on Youtube.
  • Read devotional, the Bible, and/or something inspirational
  • Journal, brain dump, brainstorm, pray, set intentions for the day.
  • Smoothie with protein, collagen, MCT powder, blueberries, spinach, hemp seeds, and chia seeds. Literally been drinking this for 10+ years!
  • Current supplements: Thin Probiotic, CoQ10, Fish Oil, Beef Liver
  • Movement – tennis 4x/week, daily micro workouts with weights, walking, and rebounding!
  • End of day relaxation for my body – my infrared heating pad. Cannot recommend enough!
  • Sleep Support – As a former insomniac, I’ve tired everything! I get great sleep most nights now, thanks to my neurofeedback, but for those occasional nights I have a hard time falling or staying asleep, my go-to natural solutions are tryptophan & valerian supplements (always consult a physician), my acupressure mat, and my favorite delta wave binaural beats!
