Gone are the days of old-school coach-led approaches that directed people what to do only to leave them feeling externally motivated and disempowered. Modern day health & wellness coaching has uncovered the magic of client-centered, client-led coaching that empowers people to discover what they want for themselves and facilitates the process to realize their potential and reach their goals. This evidenced-based approach is rooted in behavior change science and positive psychology, utilizing approaches like motivational interviewing and appreciative inquiry.

We now understand that everything in our life is interconnected. When we experience distress in one area of life, that distress can spill into other areas of our life. Conversely, when we experience improvements in one area of our life, those improvements can have a ripple effect. I am passionate about whole-person wellness, drawing upon all the dimensions of life from a holistic perspective: Physical, Nourishment, Emotional, Relational, Spiritual, Intellectual, Occupational, & Environmental.

You choose the areas of life you want to focus on, I help by facilitating the change process. In addition to the dimensions of wellness, we can also look at mindset, motivation, self-awareness, stress-management, healthy coping tools, and self-care practices.
